WGPS created in Libya

Worldwide Group for Projects & Services ( WGPS ) have been created in Libya on February, 14th 2008.

GPS Tunisia is the biggest shareholder with 51%, Worldwide Energy Logistics Inc-USA' ( 14% ) and the Libyan Partner ( 35% ).

GPS Managing Director, Imed Dhouib, have been nominated as General Manager of WGPS on February, 17th.


High Atctic Rig ( RAPAD2 ) offloaded in GPS yard

RAPAD Rig 2 have been offloaded in GPS yard in the Zarzis port on Sept, 17th 2007. Despite the fact that it was Ramadhan, the operation only took 36 Hours to offload the M/V MEC Commander and position the rig in the yard ready for Rig up.
