Worldwide Energy Logistics Inc-USA, subsidiary of Worldwide Energy Logistics Ltd have been accepted as a new shareholder during the annual meeting, held on Feb, 20th.

WELI aquired 15% of GPS to initiate fist move toward implementation in North Africa ( Tunisia, Libya and Algeria ).
